Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Kasbah Taourirt – Skoura Oasis – Valley of Roses – Dades Valley
Pick up at the hotel where you are staying in Marrakech at 8 am to start our route from Marrakech to the desert.
Prepare to be amazed!
We start by crossing the high atlas, crossing the port of Tichka at 2260 meters high, making panoramic stops to contemplate the wonderful landscapes and take pictures, since it is one of the most impressive routes in Morocco, where we will begin to observe the first settlements of adobe of the Berbers in the foothills of the mountains with a stop at the argan oil cooperative, where we will discover the process of realization and they will explain to us the innumerable benefits it has for the human body.
Let’s get to Ouarzazate known as the capital of cinema in Morocco and considered the great door of the desert, it is the place from where the great expeditions depart and where we will find the great kasbah of Taourirt, therefore it is one of the most visited in Morocco. The almighty Lord of the Atlas and his relatives had properties throughout the south of the country. The Kasbah Taourirt was one of them, and what’s more, the Glaoui family had its origins here. What was the village of Taourirt, the kasbah and the ksar (walled Berber village) is integrated into what is now the city of Ouarzazate.
Then we will continue through the Skoura palm grove and the Valley of the Roses until we reach the Dades Valley.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert – Excursion in dromedaries – Magical night in Berber camp
After breakfast, we start our adventure through the Dades Valley, famous for its spectacular landscapes and the hospitality of its inhabitants. After a journey we will arrive at Tinghir, where the spectacular Todra Gorges are found. The Todra riverbed has formed a gorge of vertical walls of enormous proportions and great beauty; It is a climber’s paradise and a unique place, perched at 1,360 meters of altitude. Free time to explore and wander.
We will continue towards the desert until we reach the impressive Dunes of Merzouga, where we will change our transport for a caravan of dromedaries that will take us to the camp (Haimas) in a journey of one hour. We will make a stop halfway to watch the sunset over the dunes and stretch our legs a bit before continuing to camp. Once there, we will have a hospitality tea and we will have the opportunity to climb the great dune or the small dunes that are near the campsite.
Typical dinner and then a special party to the rhythm of Berber drums.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Nkob – Agdz – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate
Before breakfast, get up early to see the sunrise and without losing the opportunity to see a sunrise that in few places is enjoyed like that. After breakfast, we will say goodbye to the desert and return with the dromedaries to the place where our transport awaits us to take the route to Ouarzazate, we will go to Rissani, one of the oldest markets in Morocco and it is the old commercial capital of the country. If time allows us and if it is market day we can make a stop to witness the local commercial exchanges.
Continuation to Ouarzazate passing through the Draa Valley, the largest oasis in Morocco. Stops to contemplate the landscapes of the route and the interesting geological formations of the Valley.
Arrival in Ouarzazate and time for a well-deserved rest in the lodging.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech
After breakfast, we leave Ouarzazate towards Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and in this spectacular setting renowned films such as Gladiator. The Jewel of the Nile or Sahara (with Penelope Cruz). Have been shot also famous for being one of the best ksours and kasbahs in Morocco. Free time to walk through the kasbah and climb to its summit to contemplate its view.
We will cross the High Atlas mountains with their wonderful landscapes again until we arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon, transfer to your hotel or riad and end our services.
